The ideal candidate has 4+ years of scheduling experience, strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, and a track record in regulated manufacturing settings.

Job description

We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of large-scale projects within the Life Sciences industry. This individual will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to ensure successful project delivery, milestone achievement, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Create baseline schedules and monitor project progress against established milestones
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and key stakeholders to provide scheduling expertise and guidance
• Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays, risks, or impacts to critical project milestones
• Recommend schedule recovery strategies and corrective actions to keep projects on track
• Prepare and deliver schedule reports, forecasts, and project performance updates
• Evaluate scope changes and assess impacts on project timelines and resource requirements
• Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure accuracy, alignment, and project success

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• Experience supporting Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related regulated manufacturing projects
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Construction project scheduling experience is required
• Ability to analyze complex project schedules and communicate impacts effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting capital projects, facility expansions, or EPC/EPCM environments
• Familiarity with critical path methodology (CPM) and schedule risk analysis
• Experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
