Job summary

Terroseal Building Care in the United States is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate and develop new project sales opportunities across the construction ecosystem.

You will identify builders, contractors, architects and consultants, conduct site visits, prepare quotations and BOQs, drive product specifications, coordinate with technical and franchise teams, maintain the pipeline in CRM, and report progress to management.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new project sales opportunities.
• Identify builders, contractors, architects, consultants and upcoming projects.
• Conduct regular project/site visits and prepare quotations & BOQs.
• Drive product specification, approvals and project conversion.
• Generate secondary project sales through assigned franchisees/channel partners.
• Coordinate with technical, franchise and application teams for project execution.
• Maintain project pipeline, CRM updates and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and project conversion targets.
• Monitor competitors, market pricing and new business opportunities.
• Submit regular sales and project status reports to management.
