Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience managing safety on major construction projects.
• Mechanical experience desired.
• CHST certification is strongly desired but not required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Undertake job site inspections, accident investigations and audits; implement corrective actions to improve safety program and culture.
• Highlight safety metrics/trends to senior leadership in partnership with Safety Director.
• Conduct new hire orientation and implement OSHA-compliant training programs.
• Engage with operations leadership, job-site teams, GC and client on safety matters as technical expert.
