Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Construction Safety Manager for a major data center project in Reno, NV. The role offers a long-term assignment with a $170/day per diem paid seven days per week and weekly pay, plus a completion bonus.

You will oversee daily safety for drywall and framing work, conduct site inspections, lead investigations, and deliver toolbox talks and training to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification.
• BCSP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities for drywall and framing construction operations.
• Maintain a strong field presence and engage with supervisors and craft personnel.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor fall protection and material handling operations.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver orientations and ongoing safety training.
