Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of experience, skills and training may be substituted.
• 8+ years of construction, design, and management experience/knowledge.
• Experience on heavy civil or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with PM databases and drawing specifications.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to project management and supervision staff to ensure construction work is on schedule and compliant with standards.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, package development, and material/equipment coordination.
• Prepare and review documentation records such as submittals, status reports, and change orders.
• Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work and change orders.
• Manage and review Contractor pay applications and project schedules; generate progress reports.
• Maintain and update project management systems and records.
