A Day in the Life

• Manage hazardous conditions and ensure OSHA and ARCO safety compliance
• Assess and manage subcontractor safety
• Promote a safety-first culture in meetings and operations
• Lead incident investigations and conduct orientations
• Develop corrective actions for onsite incidents
• Stay updated on safety regulations and collaborate with the project team
• Integrate safety into project planning
• Work closely with team members to ensure safety compliance

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of Safety and Health experience preferred
• Construction and concrete experience preferred
• GSP/ASP/CSP certifications preferred
• BS in Occupational Health and Safety or related field required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to lead and influence safety practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to climb up to 350 ft and lift 50 lbs
