Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group company in Elmhurst, IL, seeks an entry-level Project Quotes Coordinator. You will manage bid documents, handle quote requests, and support our applied sales teams on HVAC projects for new facilities, additions, and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Field customer emails for new projects/quote requests.
• Review direct email quote requests and customer sites for new jobs and addenda.
• Create new projects and track customers and bid dates in our ERP system.
• Download all bid documents onto Microsoft SharePoint.
• Review mechanical schedules on plans for equipment to quote.
• Notify sales teams of new projects and addenda.
• Create the bid list for the sales team weekly.
• Request quotes from other reps for projects out of Northern Illinois territory.

You’ll collaborate with our applied sales teams as the first point of contact for quote requests on HVAC projects for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
