Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager I on owner or EPC contractor side to support the project quality program, surveilling contractor and supplier quality and reviewing QC documentation. You will track audit findings, witness hold points, and report quality status to the project quality lead while coordinating with field teams.

Travel to active projects is required, and the role provides exposure to client systems and QA processes, with room for growth to Project Quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control, inspection, or QA on construction or industrial projects
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles
• a certification such as ICC, NICET, CWI, or CIP is a strong plus
• Comfortable reading specifications, procedures, and inspection records and finding the gaps
• Clear written reporting
• organized under document-heavy work

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance of contractor and supplier work against the project quality plan and specifications
• Review contractor QC plans, ITPs, inspection records, and material certifications for completeness and compliance
• Track audit findings, nonconformances, and corrective actions in the project quality database
• Witness hold and witness points and document the results
• Prepare weekly quality status inputs for the project quality manager
