Job summary

Integra in Houston is seeking a Senior Quality Manager, Factory Operations to lead QA/QC in a large manufacturing facility. You will oversee a substantial quality organization, ensuring product release, inspections, and documentation across shifts.

The role partners with Operations to meet safety, delivery, and cost goals while maintaining ISO 9001 standards. You will mentor staff, escalate risks, and drive corrective actions to protect customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering; Engineering Technology; Operations Management; or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality-related function.
• Minimum 8 years leading Quality Supervisors, Team Leads, Inspectors, Technicians, Document Control personnel.
• Experience with NCR/CAPA, controlled documentation, audits, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, inspection and testing, and release requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active presence on the production floor to support Quality personnel and resolve manufacturing-quality issues.
• Lead daily factory operating meetings, production reviews, and escalation meetings with clear quality-risk updates.
• Establish a structured daily operating rhythm for the Quality organization including shift handoffs and inspection priorities.
• Ensure adequate Quality coverage across incoming inspection, production, assembly, final inspection, and release activities.
• Escalate unresolved risks with clear definitions, ownership, and completion dates.
• Provide leadership during significant factory-quality incidents, customer concerns, and product-release decisions.
