Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC in Houston seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead the site quality function and ensure ISO 9001 compliance with corporate standards. You will oversee the development and consistent application of quality policies, procedures and work instructions across operations, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and develop the quality team, analyze performance data, and partner with cross-functional teams to uphold quality management

Qualifications

Management experience in quality assurance or related field.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
Ability to gather and analyze data and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and develop a quality team.
Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead the site quality function ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and adherence to company standards.
Oversee development and consistent application of quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
Manage cross-functional collaboration to maintain and improve QMS across operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Coach and develop the quality team and participate in performance reviews.
Maintain documentation, training and onboarding for new staff.
Monitor timecards and manage QA resources for the site.
