Integra Mission Critical, LLC. seeks a Project Quality Specialist in Houston to own the end-to-end issue triage and resolution. You will bridge factory and field quality teams, ensuring timely RCA, corrective actions, and closure with documented learnings.

You will work with engineers, site stakeholders, and management to optimize project quality processes. You will monitor quality systems, facilitate structured reviews, and drive metrics and dashboards that track KPIs for issue resolution

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Engineering degree or equivalent to read drawings, specifications and inspection reports.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or construction quality experience.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methods (5 Whys, fishbone, RCCM, CAPA).
• Familiarity with NCR/ECR CAPA workflows and ISO 9001 quality principles.
• Familiarity with Procore or equivalent, Excel, and modern issue tracking tools.
• Strong project management, meeting facilitation, written communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and run end-to-end issue triage and resolution across multiple projects.
• Monitor quality observation system and triage observations within 1 business day.
• Facilitate weekly structures with factory/field quality teams to advance resolution.
• Conduct 1-on-1s with quality engineers for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage issue closeout and record closure with completion criteria.
• Author lessons learned summaries for closed issues.
• Escalate critical issues when standard cadence fails to resolve.
• Assist with issue report outs to management and external stakeholders.
• Support data/analytics with metrics and dashboards for KPIs.
