Job summary

AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead quality planning, audits, and assurance across projects in New York, NY. You will review contracts, assess QC/QA plans, and certify deliverables meet the Quality Plan before client submission.

You will drive continuous improvement, conduct team training on quality standards, and support audits with comprehensive documentation and effective corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in quality auditing (preferred).
• 3-7 years of QC/QA experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of experience in engineering, business, architecture, or a science-related field.
• Proficiency with ProjectWise, Bluebeam, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, confident, and persistent.
• Leadership and management capabilities.
• Ability to conduct and develop training.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Certifications: ASQ Quality Auditor and ASQ Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project Quality Plans (QPs) aligning with project requirements and standards.
• Review contracts with PM and PTLs to identify quality deliverables and embed quality early.
• Analyze QC/QA plans from subconsultants to meet requirements and close gaps.
• Lead subconsultant quality assessments and document corrective actions.
• Participate in client or external audits and provide project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and train project teams on quality requirements.
• Provide quality management consultation to design/construction teams.
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams on quality processes and decision-making.
• Communicate quality issues and risks to stakeholders and ensure traceability.
