AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. in New York, NY seeks an Associate Director to lead a major program or delivery team, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction. You will drive cost control, forecasting, risk management, and continuous improvement across a regional portfolio.

You will also facilitate automation and analytics initiatives, partner with finance teams on monthly reporting, and ensure project profitability and governance across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12-15 years of project and team management experience.
• Accreditations from professional organizations such as AACE, PMI or RICS are highly desirable.
• Must be highly articulate with clear analytical problem‑solving and strong decision‑making abilities.
• Solid understanding of Project Management, CPM Scheduling, Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis.

• Develop and validate project budgets, forecasts, accruals, commitments, and cash flow.
• Oversee end‑to‑end cost management across a regional or global portfolio.
• Lead monthly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
