AtkinsRéalis in New York, NY seeks an Associate Director to lead a major program, managing $1–$5M fee accounts with 5–10 staff, delivering on time and within budget.

You will oversee cost management, budgeting, forecasts, risk assessment, and procurement processes, and you will drive optimization through digital tools and dashboards.

Travel may be required and a Bachelor’s degree plus 12–15 years of project controls experience is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12–15 years of project and team management experience.
• Accreditations from professional organizations such as AACE, PMI or RICS are highly desirable.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Mansioni

• Ensure budgets are developed using consistent methodology and risk assessments.
• Validate monthly forecasts, accruals, commitments and cashflow across projects.
• Oversee end-to-end cost management for regional/global portfolio and reporting frameworks.
• Lead monthly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Oversee month-end cost reporting, variance analyses, and corrective actions.
