Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in New York, NY seeks a Project Quality Manager to develop and implement project Quality Plans, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and clear understanding of QP application by all team members. You will review contracts, assess QC/QA plans from subconsultants, and certify deliverables meet the Quality Plan before client submission.

The role requires 3–7 years in quality auditing, strong technical writing, and familiarity with ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in engineering, business, architecture, or a science-related field.
• 3–7 years of quality auditing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ProjectWise, Bluebeam, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; ASQ certifications preferred.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project Quality Plans by reviewing project requirements and aligning with quality standards.
• Review contracts with PM and PTLs to identify quality deliverables and embed quality early in lifecycle.
• Analyze QC/QA plans from subconsultants to ensure compliance with project QP.
• Conduct QA reviews of work products and certify compliance before client submission.
• Lead subconsultant quality assessments and track corrective actions.
• Participate in external audits and provide project documentation.
