Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, QA, manufacturing, or project quality.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation, reporting, and inspection processes.
• Experience interpreting customer specifications and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary quality representative for customer projects.
• Act as main contact for customer quality communication, audits, and inspections.
• Monitor project quality performance and drive resolution of issues.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality standards.
• Review customer specifications and quality requirements, identify risks, mitigate.
• Maintain accurate project quality documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and on-time delivery.
