Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills with sustainable actions.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen.
• Experience supporting new product introductions or process transfers preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, data analysis tools, and manufacturing metrics preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize workflow.
• Provide technical process support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data and metrics to drive operational excellence and process reliability.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support objectives.
• Train and support employees on process changes and best practices.
