Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of quality inspectors to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Train the quality assurance team and supervise quality processes.
• Maintain 5S and organize work areas; ensure safety culture on the shop floor.
• Communicate progress and troubleshoot across teams and functions.
• Serve as SME for quality processes and labor transaction duties.
