Job description

A private family office is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the continued development, administration, and improvement of its Salesforce platform.

The Salesforce Developer will design and build custom solutions, improve the existing platform, and serve as the organization’s primary internal Salesforce subject matter expert, and be a liaison to the team’s day-to-day essential functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with a small internal team, non-technical business stakeholders, and an external Salesforce development partner. This individual must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative, and often ambiguous environment, creating structure, establishing best practices, and advising the organization on how to better use Salesforce over time.
