Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights, modernize procurement analytics, and enable strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will partner with procurement and operations teams to design scalable data solutions, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on governance and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced technical training or certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or data management are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year procurement data and analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy and objectives.
• Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, data transformation, automation, and efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions connecting processes, systems, and external data sources.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasting models, and self-service analytics tools.
• Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, analytics platforms, AI, and ML to enhance decision-making.
• Establish data governance, reporting standards, and integration processes for future acquisitions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement by reducing manual processes and standardizing workflows.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
