About this position: a senior role supported by the PMO Office, responsible for guiding complex projects, bridging business strategy with technical execution, ensuring client success, leading teams, managing risk, and delivering high‑value solutions.

Job Details

• Strategic Leadership: Defines project vision, sets direction, and ensures alignment with business goals.
• Project Execution: Oversees complex project plans, resources, and timelines, often handling high‑stakes initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management: Builds trust, manages expectations, and serves as a primary point of contact.
• Software Experience: Must have experience in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Management using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project among others.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentors junior consultants, resolves conflicts, and communicates effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Methodology & Standards: Develops and implements project management best practices, templates, and metrics.
• Problem Solving: Uses deep analytical skills to tackle challenges and adapt strategies.
• Workload Continuity: Supports clients during the team’s vacancy at client’s site or virtually.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; PMI certification preferred; 5–10+ years of experience as supervisor or manager in leading a team. Experience in software development, IT, industrial construction rail, and transportation a plus.

A Project Principal Consultant will manage a group of 4–6 professionals to support client assignments, ensure resources are trained, and maintain continuity of work when a resource is unavailable.
