Responsibilities

  • Oversee project and program teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Drive the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define resource needs.

  • Negotiate and influence resourcing across departments, ensuring adequate support throughout the project lifecycle.

Overview:

The Principal Project Manager leads complex, multi-faceted programs to align with company vision, strategy, and goals. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of large‑scale projects and programs. Using professional principles and methodologies, the Principal Project Manager ensures the delivery of scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
