Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) to coordinate a technical portfolio in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Based in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL, this onsite role focuses on tracking progress, delivering reports, and guiding strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in technical settings, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI, MS Project, and Visio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project status and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and portfolio review materials.
• Analyze project data and provide insights using Excel and Power BI.
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, strategy, and project management teams.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Support resource planning and project feasibility assessments.
