Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Project Planning Coordinator II to serve as the primary liaison between the client’s project management team and our organization in Dallas, TX. You will help translate contract documents into workable production plans and schedules.

You will assist estimators with pricing proposals, monitor resource needs, and support procurement and manufacturing to meet shipment deadlines, while maintaining confidential handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in project planning.
• Associate/Technical Degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract documents to ensure that the proposal is within the scope of the contract.
• Facilitate prompt communication between engineers and the customer on contract changes.
• Facilitate the hand-off meeting with the operating team to plan resources (labor, equipment, vendors, subcontractors).
• Ensure the manufacturing team reviews and understands the contract.
• Monitor processes across departments to ensure corporate and project processes are followed.
• Engage with procurement to provide material requirements and timelines for competitive proposals.
• Schedule closeout meetings to discuss lessons learned and project highlights.
• Facilitate client meetings during the project to provide shipment updates and resolve challenges.
• Determine client expectations and set direction of client value drivers with internal PPV team.
• Monitor LOIs and PO receipts before solid production plans are added to the schedule.
• Provide oversight to ensure project is performed to customer specifications.
