Job summary

Perkins & Will Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Principals across practice areas. You will help draft consultant and Owner/Architect agreements using AIA software, analyze project data, and keep staffing records up to date.

You will update client contracts, coordinate with the legal team, and handle communications with consultants and general contractors. Additional duties include assisting with travel, meetings, and front desk tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide project support to Project Managers and Principals across practice areas.
• Assist in creating consultant and Owner/Architect agreements using AIA software.
• Analyze data related to projects (staffing, timelines).
• Keep staffing data up to date with the Project Manager.
• Update client contracts with negotiated terms and edits.
• Submit client contracts to legal for review and track the process.
• Send correspondence to Consultants and General Contractors.
• Request Certificates of Insurance from the legal department.
• Assist the Director of Operations and Project Managers with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel arrangements and expense reports for studio needs when required.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments related to projects.
• Order lunches and set up for internal and client meetings.
• Support front desk operations when needed, including answering phones and handling deliveries.
