Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Project Analyst II to support planning, execution, and sustainability of multiple projects within the New Mexico Operations. You will analyze moderately complex data from various systems, contribute to project planning and reporting, and mentor junior analysts.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% while working remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning, project analysis or project management or similar role/discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 additional years of experience above minimum (2+2) in a directly related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• United States Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes discretion and analysis in developing, maintaining, and facilitating project plans for a department, function, business group, or cross-functional alignment.
• Acts as FM&T point-of-contact for internal and external customer projects.
• Reports status of project plans and collaborates with stakeholders to meet commitments and timelines.
• Supports changes to project plans with internal and external customers and develops corrective action plans.
