Job summary

Honeywell is seeking technicians for its New Mexico operations to support testing, troubleshooting, repairing, or refurbishing electronic, mechanical, or software related products. This role involves low volume/high mix workflows with training from project leads and close supervision as you develop skills.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to travel up to 10% and work on-site. DOE clearance may be required for some positions.

  • Understands the basics of Honeywell Operating Systems (HOS) and Management Operating Systems (MOS).

Summary

This role is designed to be the next step in the NMO Technician job progression. This may include activities such as intermediate level testing, troubleshooting, repairing, or refurbishing with foundational understanding of the sub-systems involved for the projects. This position also supports engineering, prototypes, development, or production requirements for primarily low volume/high mix of electronic, mechanical or software related products while complying with workmanship standards and demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the work they perform.

You Must Have


  • High school diploma required

  • 2 or more years of experience required

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • United States Citizenship

  • Ability to work on-site as directed by management and as determined by the needs of the business

  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)
