Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Production Planner II (Finance) to optimize inventory and strengthen supply chain performance at our US location on a hybrid schedule. You will develop inventory strategies, analyze demand, and reduce stockouts and excess inventory while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management.
  • ERP system expertise and data analytics proficiency (SAP and Maestro).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions, specifically Inventory Buffers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
  • Ensure Material Master data setting compliance through defined audit and maintenance process.
  • Govern Weekly Site CTB Reporting and drive automation.
  • Document Planning process standard work and facilitate training.
  • Lead and support strategic actions and project initiatives to improve Planning performance.
  • Initiate and execute Planning process enhancements including use of automation and AI.

Production Planner II (Finance)

As a Production Planner II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in managing the optimization of inventory management and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing inventory management strategies, analyzing demand patterns, and optimizing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

A Strategic Supply Planner develops and implements long-term strategies for a company's supply chain to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role focuses on aligning supply chain operations with business goals, considering factors like customer demand, network design, and supplier relationships.

You will report to our Production Planning Leadership team and you will work out of one of our United States location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on business operations at Honeywell Aerospace. By effectively managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and cost management, you will improve customer satisfaction, minimize carrying costs, and reduce waste.
