Job summary

Kansas City National Security Campus, managed by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, seeks a Project Analyst to support planning, execution, and sustainability of programs critical to national security. You will analyze data from multiple systems, assist in scheduling, reporting, and special projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related field experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
• Foundational supply chain knowledge (materials planning, inventory, production flow, or operations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing planning messages, inventory information, and daily reports.
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Dependable time-management and follow-through, completing recurring tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of planning systems and processes (ERP, SIOP, Kanban, scheduling fundamentals).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and facilitate project plans for a department or business group.
• Serve as FM&T point-of-contact for internal and external customer projects.
• Report status and assist in changes to project plans to meet schedules.
• Contribute to developing and negotiating changes to project plans.
• Escalate issues and help present action plans.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions in departmental systems.
• Support standardized studies, data compilation, results analysis, and documentation.
• May compile, coordinate, monitor, and maintain financial and budgeting reports.
