Job summary

Energy Transfer LP seeks a Project Performance Specialist to enhance Engineering and Construction project execution through lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. You will manage workshops, coordinate roundtables, and track action items to improve delivery and outcomes.

The role partners with leadership and SMEs to drive knowledge transfer, supports technical training programs, and maintains reporting metrics. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Experience in project management, construction, or continuous improvement is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends.
• Ability to communicate across organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lessons Learned Program, capturing, analyzing, and applying lessons across E&C.
• Coordinate roundtables across Pipelines, Processing, Gathering, and Rotating Equipment.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor improvement initiatives.
• Promote compliance with standards and best practices in project delivery.
• Deliver technical training programs and support PM development.
• Travel as needed to support teams.
