Energy Transfer is seeking an experienced Lead Specialist in Application Support and DevOps to manage administration and support for multiple enterprise platforms. You will partner with business and technical teams as the main support contact, perform problem analysis, and drive automation and DevOps improvements.

The role requires hands-on development/scripting experience and strong DevOps background, with after-hours availability for critical tasks.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience with application support and development.
• 3+ years of experience using DevOps practices, tools, frameworks.
• Experience supporting applications in multi-tiered environments using Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, and load balancing.
• Experience with off-the-shelf applications such as Quorum, Entero, and/or Allegro.
• Must be able to identify potential software enhancements and improve business processes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise.
• Proficiency with build tools: Maven, Gradle, Ant.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Groovy, Python, Bash, JavaScript.
• Source Control: Git, SVN.
• MS T-SQL or PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct technical assistance to key business users and support for applications (vendor & custom).
• Maintain build processes, deployment strategies, and process automation.
• Install and coordinate patches/releases across dev/test/prod environments.
• Improve delivery using containers, orchestration, and configuration tools.
• Assist teams and vendors with installations and upgrades.
• Support and maintain application infrastructure (servers, network topology, authentication, high availability).
• Administer server access, audit controls, and reports for Segregation of Duties.
• Stay updated on technologies, recommend strategies and tools.
• Coordinate meetings and document decisions, risks, and issues.
• Work with minimal supervision and own applications and areas.
