Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in Sandusky, OH, is seeking a Manager - Project Performance for the Freezers PM Team. You will lead a team of project managers, ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality, and serve as main internal contact across functions during order execution.

The role requires a BS degree, PMP or MBA preferred, and at least 3 years of leadership experience. Travel up to 20% may be required for customer meetings and site visits, with onsite/hybrid work in Sandusky.

Qualifications

• BS degree in related field required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading highly productive teams.
• Ability to develop, monitor, analyze, and control project budgets.
• Strong interpersonal, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiating, planning, verbal and written communications.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Syteline).
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers accountable for schedule and financial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Act as primary internal point of contact across Customers, Sales, Applications, Product Line, Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Develop strategic project plans and track progress and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel to customer sites up to 20% for meetings, troubleshooting, and training.
