Job summary

You will serve as the main internal contact and collaborate with Customers, Sales, Applications, Product Line Managers, Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering during project execution. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in related field required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading highly productive teams.
• Ability to develop, monitor, analyze, and control project budgets.
• Strong interpersonal, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline).
• Ability to read engineering and assembly drawings; design of experiments knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers responsible for schedules and budgets.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality freezing and refrigeration projects.
• Serve as primary internal contact for Project Managers.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, engineering and other functions during project execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial reporting compliance.
• Develop strategic project plans to support growth and cost reductions.
• Track continuous improvement activities related to change orders and ASC 606 compliance.
• Provide technical overviews and participate in sessions affecting product safety and cost.
• Travel to customer sites up to 20% to support teams and train personnel.
• Report project status bi-weekly to management.
• Collaborate with PM, Product Management, and Engineering on proposals.
