Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Manager for Project Performance in Freezers PM Team, reporting to the Director of Project Management. You will lead a team of project managers responsible for technical scheduling and financial performance of freezing/refrigeration equipment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a customer-first focus.

You will coordinate with Customers, Sales, Applications, Product Line Managers, Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering during order execution.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading highly productive teams.
• Ability to develop, monitor, analyze, and control project budgets.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong root cause analysis techniques.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiating, planning, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Experience with ERP SAP/Oracle/Syteline systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and financial reporting.
• Create strategic project plans supporting segment growth while reducing cost and lead time.
• Track continuous improvement related to change orders and ASC 606 compliance.
• Provide technical overviews and participate in sessions affecting safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Drive order inbounding prospect reviews to deliver well-scoped projects.
• Travel to customer sites up to 20% to support PMs and train customers.
• Report project status bi-weekly to management.
• Develop and track team members' career objectives and performance.
