Job summary

Allentown School District in Allentown, PA seeks an Assistant Project Coordinator to support the 21st Century Community Learning Centers across grades 6-12. Working with principals, teachers, staff and partners, you will oversee coordination of before and after school programs housed at the Administration Center.

This full-time, grant-funded position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational, data management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Community Development, or related field.
• Experience with youth, school/community relations, and family engagement preferred.
• Criminal/child abuse clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align before/after school programs with the District's plan and Cohort 11 guidelines.
• Collaborate with community partners to deliver academic enrichment and parent/family engagement activities.
• Perform data collection and management tasks, including attendance, reports, and logs.
• Attend required webinars and site visits.
• Meet regularly with ASD staff to provide program updates and professional development for staff.
