United Way Worldwide is seeking an Activities Coordinator to support the Community Schools strategy at Central Elementary in Allentown. The role will coordinate, execute, and evaluate enrichment activities aligned with school priorities and student outcomes, under the CSC and Principal guidance.

The position emphasizes data-driven programming, partnerships, and adherence to district policies, with part-time, hourly compensation and limited remote opportunities when the school is closed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in program coordination or youth development.
• Experience with compliance and district policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & refine activities that directly support student growth and school priorities.
• Support the collection and use of CS Data.
• Establish partnerships that contribute to measurable student success.
• Ensure programs and partnerships adhere to district policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
