United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley seeks a Community School Coordinator for Washington Elementary School in Allentown, PA. The role leads community school initiatives, coordinating with school leadership and partners to ensure academic, social, emotional, and physical support for students.

The coordinator drives data-informed decision-making, builds stakeholder relationships, and aligns resources to sustain high-impact programs, focusing on interventions, enrichment activities, and family

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in education, social work or community development.
• Education in a related field considered in lieu of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative leadership and school integration in the CS model (25% of time).
• Manage community school data (20% of time).
• Implement & continuously improve CS programs (25% of time).
• Develop & maintain relationships with partners and coordinating infrastructure (15% of time).
• Advocate for the CS model and engage community (5% of time).
