Job summary

Terracon is seeking a seasoned leader to supervise or monitor all projects in progress within the department, ensuring work is completed on time and to client specifications and in line with company policies and standards. The role covers proposal and cost estimate preparation, staffing plans, annual business planning, safety leadership, and delivery of high-quality services and deliverables.

You will build client relationships and contribute to business development while managing performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology) required.
• Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and cost estimates.
• Develop staffing plans, recruitment and onboarding with Office Manager.
• Prepare and execute annual business plan for the specialty service group.
• Oversee revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing and profitability.
• Lead safety efforts and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide and monitor quality standards on projects and proposals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
