• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary administrative support to multiple cross-functional teams (Operations, Project Management, Engineering, PLC, HMI).
• Maintain cohesive notes and dictation to support project operations and deliverables.
• Follow-up on action items with direct reports for the department head as required.
• Compile, analyze data, and prepare reports for leadership.
