Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handling daily clerical work, phone/email inquiries, document filing, and meeting logistics (scheduling, room setup, and drafting minutes);
  • Acting as the contact point between OPA and other offices; assisting with user requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user guides, and frontline user support;
  • Performing accurate data entry, record updates, and data cleansing for university address and analytics systems; and
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office of Planning and Analysis.
Candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or project coordination;
  • Hands-on ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to organise data and prepare reports;
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and a good team player; and
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Terms and Conditions for Appointment

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
