Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 2–5 years of relevant experience (or 6–9 years alternative).
• Strong knowledge in materials management, inventory controls and demand forecast planning.
• Familiarity with Incoterms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability and report status of material and equipment work packages for installation.
• Monitor inventory controls (min-max, bag-and-tag) and use Digital Supply Chain tools.
• Plan material requirements and ensure proper storage and shipment details are defined before distribution.
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Construction to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare constructability look-aheads (30, 60, 90 days) and associated site reports.
