Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the DODNet migration execution services for the Defense Enclave Services program. You will provide leadership, planning, risk management, scheduling oversight, and stakeholder communications for large-scale migrations.

Coordinate migration workstreams with engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operations teams; maintain schedules; facilitate reviews; and deliver status briefings.

Formación

• 8 years of experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting federal government programs.
• Experience developing schedules, reports, and executive briefings.

• Support Integrated Master Schedule activities and milestone tracking.

• Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate Operational Review Board activities and transition milestones.
• Assist with migration dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Support migration planning, testing, sustainment transition, and closeout activities.

NOVA-Dine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program. The successful candidate will provide leadership, planning, coordination, risk management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication for large-scale migration activities supporting the Department of Defense's Fourth Estate modernization initiative. The effort involves migration of network and SIPR endpoint environments across numerous geographically dispersed DAFA organizations. The Project Manager will work closely with program leadership, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, migration teams, and government stakeholders to ensure successful execution of migration activities and operational transition milestones.

*This position is contingent upon contract need*

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 8 years
• Education Level: bachelor's degree Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Clearance Requirements: Active Secret
• Certification Requirements: N/A
• Experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting federal government programs.
• Experience developing schedules, reports, and executive briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience supporting DISA or DoD programs.
• Experience supporting network modernization or migration initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with RMF, ITSM, and operational transition activities.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $105,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
