Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Water / Wastewater to join our Columbus or Akron, Ohio offices.

You will lead design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through execution, with a focus on regulatory coordination and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with 6+ years of water/wastewater experience, strong leadership, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 6+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Experience with NPDES permitting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure QA/QC and conduct peer reviews.
