gpac in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead complex municipal infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. Take ownership of project delivery in a rapidly expanding North Texas division and help shape our growing operations.

This role requires 3+ years of construction PM experience, hands-on knowledge of water/wastewater facilities and strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction project management experience.
• Water or wastewater treatment plant construction experience.
• Knowledge of pump stations, process piping, concrete structures, underground utilities, or municipal infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost controls, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, billings, and documentation.
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Build lasting relationships with municipal clients and industry partners.
• Help develop the team and expand the company’s presence throughout North Texas.
