• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• A successful track record of completing projects safely, on schedule, and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water and wastewater treatment plant projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, job costs, and overall financial performance.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with municipalities, owners, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment needs, deliveries, and project logistics; lead progress meetings and risk management.

What You’ll Manage

• Water and wastewater treatment plant projects from preconstruction through completion
• Project budgets, schedules, forecasts, job costs, and overall financial performance
• RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and project documentation
• Coordination with municipalities, owners, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Material procurement, equipment needs, deliveries, and project logistics
• Progress meetings, client communication, project reporting, and risk management
• Safety, quality, production, and regulatory compliance
• Work involving treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, process piping, mechanical systems, concrete structures, and underground utilities
