Job summary

Integrated Water Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment plant projects. You will develop schedules and budgets, guide teams, and drive project delivery from mobilization through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience in water/wastewater and can coordinate with subcontractors to produce on-time results. Travel up to 50% in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction.
• Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
• Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications.
• Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules.
• Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Establish and maintain positive client relations.

Requirements

Travel Requirement: 30-50% travel, mainly in the State of Texas, but occasional out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary range*: $110-$150k, plus project bonuses!
