Job summary

Integrated Water Services (IWS) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment plant projects in Texas. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, and willingness to travel 30-50% within Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction.
• Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors.
• The ability to travel out of town to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
• Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications
• Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules
• Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders
• Establish and maintain positive client relations

Travel Requirement:

Salary range*

$110-$150k, plus project bonuses!

*The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
