Job summary

Talent ACQ is seeking a Project Manager to lead wastewater facility construction across the DFW area. You will guide field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The role offers exposure to a well-established backlog, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles as you demonstrate reliability and strong project execution skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a construction Project Manager role with exposure to wastewater or heavy civil work.
  • Degree in Construction Management or a closely related discipline strongly preferred, though hands-on experience and ability to keep complex projects on track carry weight.
  • Strong communication skills for working across field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Track day-to-day progress and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
