Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Project Manager to join our Utility team serving the Washington DC metro area. You will guide projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget accuracy while coordinating subs and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction management experience, a relevant degree, strong scheduling and financial reporting skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and teams. Willingness to travel is required.

Aldridge is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Utility team for project support in the Washington D.C. metro area. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $85,000 - $150,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
