Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a hybrid project manager and service delivery manager to lead the transition of a new enterprise client into NSC Global's managed services. You will coordinate across six sites and align stakeholders to deliver a seamless go-live.

You will work with internal teams on ServiceNow integration, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and manage plans, RAID logs, budgets, and milestone billing to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing service performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1 or above) and fluent English.
• 5+ years in IT project or programme management with service transition experience.
• Strong control of plans, RAID logs, budgets and milestone billing.
